Corporate Yoga Retreat

$125.00

Choose this item to schedule a consultation with me to plan a yoga session for your upcoming corporate retreat. This booking includes a 30-45 minute planning session to best suit your organization's needs.


Corporate yoga sessions typically last one hour and the cost includes travel to your location (within a 25-mile radius) in the Memphis metro area.

In Home Yoga Session

$35.00

This yoga session is personalized to you! During our initial session, we will discuss your yoga experience, and your goals, and will conclude with either a 45-minute or hour-long session. Must be located within a 25-mile radius of the city of Memphis.


These sessions can be booked on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and discounts are available for repeat clients.

Ashtanga Half Primary

$30.00

Interested in learning the Ashtanga Primary Series? This Zoom practice is for you! This sequence is an abbreviated version of the full primary series popularized by Shri Pattabhi Jois. This style of yoga is still practiced in its original form by thousands of yogis worldwide.

Hour Zoom Yoga Session

$30.00

Hour-long sessions include work on Sun Salutations (A and B), the teaching of a peak (advanced) posture, and include a third vinyasa flow that incorporates the peak posture followed by a yin cool down. Yogis with prior experience may find this type of booking beneficial for strengthening their existing practice.

45 Minute Zoom Yoga Session

$25.00

Book a private one on one yoga session in the comfort of your own home. 45 minute sessions include a warm up and cool down and can focus on a target muscle group or peak pose (no inversions) of your choosing.
