New Residency Announcement

The Yoga Kickback x Tapas Yoga Memphis Collab

I'm happy to announce my newest residency in the Memphis area. I've joined forces with Candace Saulsberry, owner of The Yoga Kickback to bring a weekly Ashtanga class to Southaven, Mississippi! The class is an Ashtanga Short Form class and takes place every Thursday from 6-7 pm. You can register and pay for classes here. The best part of the collaboration is that we offer virtual or in person options! I'm excited to see your lovely faces in the studio or online.
